![]() ![]() I took this for 1 week and cleared it up! Traditional Medicinals Moringa Tea- In the Philippines, we drink malunggay tea for lactation support and moringa is actually malunggay. I had plugged milk ducts in my armpits!!! Ouch. I tried the other kinds but I like this the most Legendairy Sunflower Lecithin- I had a really bad plugged milk duct experience with my second pregnancy. It also makes your milk fattier and creamier. I drink this at night so I honestly don’t know if it has a fishy taste when you burp Legendairy Milkapalooza- One of my favorite lactation supplements is moringa and this specifically has moringa in it. Fish oil has also helped with my eczema flare ups. So even with pregnancy and now postnatal, I still drink probiotics hoping it will help my kids avoid having eczema Nordic Naturals DHA Fish Oil- This has brain nourishing fish oil that supports the infants brain development. ![]() ![]() ![]() Before getting pregnant, I always drank a probiotic to help my eczema flareups. It does have a yucky earthy taste so I kind of gag everytime I drink it lol Pinkstork Lacation Probiotic- This helps with lactation and GI health.
